Service Agreement Policies In Brief

1. Full payment is required up-front for all services totaling under $1000 USD.
2. Complete design work pricing includes up to two minor typographical or layout revisions to design prior to final. Additional revisions will be billed per half hour increments at $60 USD/hour.
3. Client must supply their photos/stock/clip-art prior to start of design work. Syclone Media reserves the right to refuse any photo, stock, illustration or other submitted media for any reason. Commonly reasons include incompatible file formats, substandard quality, conflict of interest, distasteful content.
4. A Website "page" constitutes 600 pixels wide by 2000 pixels long of electronic internet content.
5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
6. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product, service, package, or promotion at any time without notice.
7. Sales and promotion prices are limited-time only, and will only be honored if sales order has commenced prior to expiration of promotion date.
8. Syclone Media and its designers shall not be held liable nor deemed responsible for copyright/trademark infringements made by clients in their design requests, and client assumes all responsibility for said infringements.
9. All services and sales are final.
10. Due to the nature of media, no refunds or credit can or will be issued or granted.
11. Printing errors by fault of printer or by fault of Syclone Media will be corrected.
12. Color shifts due to variations in printing technologies and individual monitors and eye color perception are not the responsibility of SycloneMedia.com and no guarantees or warrantees are expressed or implied by Syclone Media in regards to complete color accuracy.
13. All printed materials are delivered with the understanding of an Industry-acceptable overage or underage of quantities. No guarantees or warrantees are expressed or implied by Syclone Media as to the exact quantity delivered unless it falls out of the industry-accepted percentage.
14. Turn-around and delivery times are not completely under the control of Syclone Media and thus no guarantees or warrantees are made as to completion or delivery of media on any certain date or time.

Sales and Service Agreement Policies

1. For all services and sales totaling under $1000, full payment is required up-front to begin and complete work. For all services and sales totaling over $1001 and under $5000, one-half of total will be required to start work, with the full balance being due and payable upon completion and prior to delivery. For all services and sales totaling over $5001, one-third of total will be required to start work, with the remaining balance being due and payable over preset and pre-arranged installments, and delivery being based upon completed payment of full balance. We reserve the right to hold real and financial interest in all intellectual and electronic properties conceived by us in the event of default on any part of payment due.
2. Our pricing structure reflecting "complete design" work indicates that two minor typographical or layout revisions are included at no charge prior to final. If a client would rather contract us on a "per-hour-basis" to procure a fully custom and client-involved design project, they may notify Syclone Media at any time prior to final. Rates for per hour basis vary from media to media, and range from $60/hr to $125/hr. Clients may not switch from per-hour-basis to promotional, flat, or complete design rates. Our "complete design and printing" flat-rate promotional specials are highly rewarding and have significant savings, reductions, and values-added built into the price.
3. All clients are given the opportunity prior to start of work to submit for consideration and use any and all photos, stock, clip-art, pictures and illustrations for inclusion in their media. We will review all submitted items for compatibility of file formats, file resolution, file quality, and other considerations before accepting the items for use. We reserve the right to reject and refuse the use of any item for any reason. Upon our sole judgement, we may refuse items which are deemed to be offensive, distasteful, or threatening. We are not responsible or liable for any submitted items and content from our clients.
4. In regards to Website design, an Internet "page" shall constitute content design which displays at a maximum size of 2000 pixels long by 600 pixels wide. A "Flash page" shall constitute Flash content design which displays at a maximum size of 480 pixels long by 640 pixels wide.
