Full payment is required up-front for all services totaling under $1,000. Optional payment plan servicing for services totaling $1,000 and over is at the sole discretion and judgement of Syclone Media. Complete design work includes up to two minor revisions to design prior to final. Client must supply photos/stock/clip-art unless arrangements are made prior to final. "Page" constitutes 600 pixels wide by 2000 pixels long of electronic internet content. Prices are subject to change without notice. Syclone Media and its designers shall not be held liable nor responsible for copyright/trademark infringements made by clients in their design requests, and client assumes all responsibility for said infringements. Syclone Media reserves the right to refuse service for said infringements. Syclone Media reserves the right to adjust all package and individual service pricing, terms and conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever and without notice.
